How does a team plan work today?+
Email team@getmegabrain.com with how many people you are buying for. We send an invoice for the year; once it is paid, every person you name gets Pro on their own Roomtone account. Team plans are new and set up by hand — there is no admin dashboard or shared workspace yet.
Can we try it before buying for the team?+
Yes. Anyone can install Roomtone and use the free plan — 30 minutes of recording a month with the full write-up, no card. The fastest test is one real meeting this week.
Can we add people later?+
Yes. Tell us who, and we add them for the rest of your year at the same per-person price.
Does everyone need an iPhone?+
To record in person, yes — Roomtone records on iPhone and iPad. Notes can be read and shared on the web at roomtone.io, and the notetaker for Zoom, Meet and Teams is sent from the app.
Does a bot join our calls?+
Only when someone sends one. Paste a Zoom, Meet or Teams link and a notetaker joins that meeting, visible to everyone in it. In-person recording uses the phone's microphone and no bot at all.
Do you have SOC 2, SSO or a DPA?+
Not yet. If your procurement needs something specific, email team@getmegabrain.com and tell us what — we will answer honestly about what exists and what does not.
Does it label who said what?+
Not today. The transcript is the words in order; the summary, decisions and action items are written from it.
