Refer someone who ends up paying for Roomtone, and you earn 30% of what they pay for a year — no cap, no minimum audience.
Email us
team@roomtone.ioTell us where you'd share Roomtone and who your audience is. We reply to every application, then send you a personal App Store link with your own tracking code.
What we ask in return
- Tell the truth about the app. Roomtone sends a notetaker into a Zoom, Meet or Teams call when you give it the link, and records the room from an iPhone or iPad for everything else — a table, a car, a site walk. There is no Android, Mac or web app yet. Don't promise features it doesn't have.
- No spam. Cold DMs, mass email blasts, and link-dropping in unrelated communities get you removed from the program.
- No self-referrals. Don't use your own link to subscribe.
- No paid search on our brand terms. Don't bid on "roomtone" or close variants — that traffic is ours.
- Disclose sponsored content. Follow FTC and platform rules — #ad, sponsored tags, whatever your platform requires.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it pay?+
30% of every referred subscriber's payments for 12 months from their first paid transaction. No cap on how many people you refer.
How do I get paid?+
We don't have automated payouts yet — this is a very small team. Once a referral converts, we'll work out the details with you directly by email (bank transfer or PayPal).
How is a referral tracked?+
You get a personal App Store link with your own code baked in. Apple attributes every install and subscription that comes through it back to you in our App Store Connect dashboard — the same system we use for our own campaigns.
Who is this for?+
Anyone whose audience sits in a lot of meetings and calls: productivity and AI creators, consultants, sales and coaching creators, founders and operators, journalists and podcasters. Audience fit matters more than follower count — apply and tell us who your audience is.
How do I apply?+
Email team@roomtone.io with "Partner program" in the subject, a link to where you'd share Roomtone (channel, newsletter, site — whatever's primary), and a sentence on who your audience is. We reply to every application.
Questions about the app itself belong on the Support page instead.
